Backwards compatibility issue with Meeting List Generator #125

I am trying to upgrade an area's plugin from Meeting List Generator 1.3.4 (attached files tagged as MLG1.3.4) to bread 2.1.4. When I port the settings from MLG to bread, it has different spacing that causes it to expand out to a 3rd page. I can play around with the settings to get somewhat close to what it was in MLG, but Danny asked me to file an issue for this. See attached files.
