Improving control flag analysis

• It only needs to work if the variable is used in an if (exclude method calls in an if)
• If the parameter is used in a ternary statement to initialize another bool variable, add it too to analyze the "control flag"
• The analysis should not trigger a ternary operator unless there is a method call there
