TCP listener test sporadically fails #39
Description
The test TestTcpListener/TestListenerSinkIndividualBinary fails sporadically when building with Jenkins.
The last 2 times it failed initially and succeeded after rebuild was triggered manually. Not sure if it is reproducible though.
