Build Conda packages for MacOS

Summary

The Conda packages we vendor, located in data.bit-bots.de/conda are only for Linux_64. We would like to build these packages so that they work on MacOS. We use the pixi and robostack build infrastructure, but we might need to run it on an e.g docker container.
