[Windows] Does not support new, non-UWP apps, introduced with RN@0.76

It turns out, the upgrade to RN@0.76 for Windows is a large undertaking. I can't spent on it as much time as necessary, unless somebody sponsors it (or the upgrade is done in the upstream by somebody else); in particular considering that I am not using RN for Windows at all myself. Thus, On Hold.

P.S.: It turns out to work just fine with the legacy form of RN Windows Apps (UWP), but does not work with the new form of RN Windows Apps.
