Dear all I have a question for this:

Here, we can see that certain interactions from Factor 1 have high positive loadings. These are interactions that are associated with the samples with high factor scores (i.e. the stimulated samples with high scores in Factor 1).

Looking at the data is seems that Ctrl is associated with high positive loadings, whereas stim is associated with low loadings.
Does that mean in the Ligand-Receptor plot, positive scores are more present in Ctrl and negative scores are less present in Ctrl or negative scores are more present in stim.
