How do we capture the changes from the Stencila doc?

I love the look of this, and really admire how easy you've made it to get Stencila in the browser with R!

I'm curious what the workflow is, or the vision is. I see that I can start with an Rmd in the github repo, and then edit that in Stencila. But how do I get the edits in Stencila back into the GitHub repo? What do you recommend?
