An IP range with a mask of /32 is just a single IP address. The IP address 123.123.123.123 is therefore the same thing as 123.123.123.123/32.
RIFC gets a little confused by this and spouts output such as:
Adding IP 157.55.204.1/32... done
Adding IP 157.55.204.33/32... done
Removing IP 157.55.204.1... done
Removing IP 157.55.204.33... done
This does not seem to have an effect on functionality, but it should not be spouting such nonsense without reason.
