How does PyG-T work on Dynamic Graphs

Since PyG-T depends on PyG. A small starting point can be found in the Pytorch Geometric Paper. As of the original PyG paper and as per the code implementation in the torch_geometric.data the Data object stores egde_index as an attribute which is of shape (2,num_edges). Essentially that is the COO format.

I believe PyG-T creates a PyG Batch object as shown here. So I believe if my understanding follows through correctly this should be the starting point to say that PyG-T is following a naive approach to dealing with dynamic Graphs

In PyG I believe edge lists are converted to adjancency matrices to perform operations. Check out gcn_norm as specified here
