Graph the progress of the count

Slash command to generate a graph which plots time against the count.
Flag to plot from the beginning of time or from the start of the most recent count.

ie:
/graph to plot just the current count
/graph --all to plot from the beginning of the channel

Could also display stats like the rate of counting, estimated time to next 100 (based on that rate of counting), etc

Something like that would be cool I think
