Hit by pitch issue #4
Description
When a player is hit by a pitch the count does not reset.
For example, pitch 4 was ball 1 (1-0) for a new batter
The next is hit by pitch and this I don't think counted as a pitch thrown
Then the next batter begins their count either (2-0) or (1-1) if it was a ball or strike/foul, and it was pitch 5 not pitch 6.
Cool project and very well made just a minor issue
