Add all New Entities to the current watchlist with a single menu option #1
Description
As opposed to having to utilize "w" to add each individual newly discovered entity to the watch list each time the Pigtail is powered on/off and re-utiliszed. Allow a key, ie "Ctl w" that allows all newly discovered entities since last initialization to be added to the watch list, whilst continuing to keep the current watch list entities saved.
This will allow a greater ability to see all entities that are encountered, ensuring any that are re-encountered on a regular basis, but not initially or consequentially added to the watch list due to failing to manually add them, don't get missed due to power cycling/reboot/forgetting to press "k" before power down.
