Add the ability to remove certain instances.

It would be awesome if we could just design the beehive and then remove certain parts that are not useful for our maps.
You would add a mini-button above each hexagon that would enable/disable the output coordinates.

You can do this!

With a circle active (it's active when you add it, or click on it to make the circle blue), there's an Edit Hives button in the upper right.

Once that's clicked, you're in a mode where you can click on individual hexagons to de-activate them. Hexagons that aren't active are not included in the generation.
