[BUG]: venturechat private channel messages

Current Behaviour

using venturechat, all messages are sent through the proxy, even staff channel messages which players in game cannot see, but players in the discord can see

Expected Behaviour

messages should not be shown in the discord if it requires a permission to see

Steps to Reproduce

install venturechat, join staff channel, send a message
