[BUG]: SPC Ban & Unban not working

Current Behaviour

The commands...
/spc-ban - Ban a player from the proxy.
/spc-unban - Unban a player from the proxy.
...don't seem to be working. Trying to exectue them in chat only returns 'Unknown or incomplete command, see below for error {command}<--[HERE]' and when exectued in the proxy console 'This command does not exist.' is returned.

Expected Behaviour

Ban/Unban a player from using the proxy chat.

Steps to Reproduce

Install the plugin on the latest version of Velocity and attempt to use either /spc-ban or /spc-unban. All other commands work.
