Add function like in paradox launcher when u import json it's create a collection AND start downloading mods

Problems:

1. Irony needs to remember the collection mods added or change the approach in collection mods to match that of pdx launcher
2. Wait for mod download
3. Talk to steam more than I'd like -> This could make it problematic and why the maybe tag
