Unable to Receive Messages

I am able to send messages on my phone, but I do not receive any. There are no errors in the IntelliJ clients, so I am stumped as to why it isn't working.

I notice that when it's trying to send, the server shows: Received incoming message. Tell Server to notify mobile clients
Finished notifying of incoming messages

................Found messages, breaking
Ending IncomingMessages
Should Reset = false
Starting another sql db connection

Well, there's no outgoing notification and I don't know how to fix it D:
