Unify folder names: deconstructSigs and deconstructsigs should be merged

In the output generated by IntOGen, within the /steps/ directory, two folders with nearly identical names are created:

• steps/deconstructSigs/

• steps/deconstructsigs/

It would make sense for the files in these directories to be consolidated into a single folder.
