Proposal: Permission-Restricted Tags
As an enhancement to the existing tag system (releasing in v2.3), consider adding the option to create permission-restricted tags. These tags would only be accessible to users with specific roles or permissions.
Use Case:
To provide moderators with quick access to pre-written responses that are specific to a ticket and not intended for public use. These might be complex instructions, internal policies, or specialized troubleshooting steps.
This is a separate proposal from the initial tag release and can be considered for a future version.
