Recursive file listing fails with filelist.csv

Recursive full paths fail in the filelist.csv and it throws an error saying that files don't match nr of rows. Basically, this check, still assume a correct (recursive) file listing was made.

I finally figured out that it was a file format problem. The jpeg format didn't seem to apply. Even if I changed "jpg" to "jpeg" in the .r file that Shiny was working on, there would still be problems (if-check parameter problem). I chose to convert the image format
