Add wrappers for creating/updating LOD #2
Description
Once a LODCONTEXT has been created, lod_locate() can be used to obtain LODINSTANCE for a set of triples which don't yet exist.
With the addition of additional methods on the LODINSTANCE object, it should be possible to create an interface which allows for easier graph creation than librdf's own API affords.
