Input fields disappear when executing rest flows

Description

When executing rest flows in the QType application, input fields disappear from the UI after execution.

Expected Behavior

Input fields should remain visible and accessible after flow execution completes.

Actual Behavior

Input fields disappear from the UI when executing rest flows.

Environment

• QType version: Current development version
• Date observed: February 10, 2026

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a QType application with multiple flows
2. Execute a flow
3. Attempt to execute another flow (rest flows)
4. Observe that input fields are no longer visible

Impact

This prevents users from executing multiple flows in succession without refreshing or restarting the application.
