bundesbank URL doesn't work anymore

Bundesbank have changed url (for donwloading bankleitzahlen).
I looks like they are going not to have a static url anymore.

Quick fix (for now) is to change this
file 'vendor/malkusch/bav/classes/dataBackend/file/FileDataBackend.php'

const DOWNLOAD_URI = "https://www.bundesbank.de/Redaktion/DE/Standardartikel/Aufgaben/Unbarer_Zahlungsverkehr/bankleitzahlen_download.html";

change into

const DOWNLOAD_URI = "https://www.bundesbank.de/de/aufgaben/unbarer-zahlungsverkehr/serviceangebot/bankleitzahlen/download---bankleitzahlen-602592";

[asdfklgash]

There is again a change and cURL doesn't follow the redirect in this case...
const DOWNLOAD_URI = "https://www.bundesbank.de/de/aufgaben/unbarer-zahlungsverkehr/serviceangebot/bankleitzahlen/download-bankleitzahlen-602592";

Or add
curl_setopt($this->handle, CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION, true);
to downloadContent as curl-options.
