Remove custom nodes from Button+ flow to avoid confusion, but share anyways for inspiration

By means of splitting the JSN in two files: The core flow and the 'user configuration' part as a template with some examples.
Would be good idea to supply one with HA integration and one 'plain' node-red.
Basic thermostat and display temp iof internal temp sensor could be good examples
