Add promptless pop-up option to commands

Because of chrome security, when a script opens a pop-up, it is initially blocked. Please add a technique (eg, a message to pass) so that commands can open pop-ups more seemlessly.

The only reliable way to do this would be something like an iframe modal window accessible by API.

You could also use message passing to have the background page open the pop-up on behalf of the actual scripts.

The background page already runs the script. The problem is that the window.open doesn't happen as a direct result of a user action. The user action prompts the background page to download the command.js then the command is executed.

I figured you'd use chrome APIs to do it.

I use the Chrome API to send the message to the background page to run the selected script.
The background page downloads the script then runs the script as a bookmarklet.

Because of that time between user interaction and the load script Chrome thinks that the popup isn't directly caused by the user and blocks it.

Two solutions:

1. add a backtick api that lets users use a built in modal
2. pre-download all command scripts and save them to the user's sync storage

There is no Chrome API to get around the popup blocker when the popup request isn't a direct response to user events.
