Spyc Library not found in Status page

The services seems to work correctly anyway,
but when the spyc library is put to:
services/rest_server/lib/spyc.php
it will display "Spyc Library not found" in the status report.

Solution:
put it to:
/libraries/spyc/spyc.php

Just ran into this...spyc.php already exists in the download of the module, so that instruction shouldn't even be in the docs, probably. But, as @hyp1 mentions, even though the file is there, the status page still complains. I drop it in a newly created /libraries/spyc/ directory and the message goes away. Not sure if we need this or not?

Dropping spyc.php into the /libraries directory as @bobchristenson suggested changed the error to "The version of the Spyc library could not be detected.". Also renaming the php file to Spyc.php (upper case S) made it go away altogether. https://www.drupal.org/project/services/issues/3279265
