Convert endpoints to config files

Services endpoints are currently stored in the database in a table called services_endpoints. It seems to me that services endpoints would make more sense in configuration management. It would make them much easier to manage and transfer configurations between sites.

I have a PR in the works that takes care of the conversion. I'd like to see what others think of this change.

Seems like a good idea! But unfortunately it seems like the module is not being maintined though...

I'm not sure who is maintaining this module, but as a note I have been running with this change (as linked in PR #11) on a production website out of necessity and without any reported issues, so I believe it to be reliable for at least my own use case.
