Make calculation of terminal width less brittle with default of 140

In a few places problems are encountered if the terminal width can't be determined.
This check could be made less brittle by using a default if we can't determine it

Hi @izmeez - I don't know if you can test PRs for bee in laragon, but if you can there is a PR at:
#460

What it does is:

• run tput cols but suppresses the error.
• If the result isn't an integer above 0, set a default of 140

I have tested in a scenario where terminal width isn't correctly calculated (i.e. running a bee command as part of an SSH command) and it uses the default.

I tested the PR #460 using the diff as a patch and it works with both the gitbash terminal and with the Laragon cmd.exe terminal.

Also tested with the pm-list command and the columns appear fine, although they don't use the full width of the terminal window which is the same as before and okay.
