The SNS subscription should be done in us-east-1 zone #32
Description
As seen in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-ip-ranges.html#subscribe-notifications the SNS subscription should always be done in the us-east-1 zone, thus the --region us-east-1 parameter specification should be added to the subscription command in README
