Freeze when booting directly into docked mode (Fizeau 2.8.2) #108

-Description-

The Switch works normally in handheld mode with Fizeau enabled.
However, if I reboot the system while the console is in the dock and it boots directly into docked mode, the system freezes or runs extremely slowly shortly after boot (it feels like 5–10 FPS in the entire system UI, not just in games).

When this happens:

The console becomes nearly unresponsive (image stuck or very low framerate in menus).

To recover, I have to physically remove the console from the dock and insert it again.

If I boot the console in handheld mode, Fizeau works without any problems.
The issue clearly seems related to booting and/or being in docked mode with Fizeau active, not to handheld usage.

I have already tried configuring handheld with color corrections applied and dock with a “neutral” profile (no visible changes, keeping the original colors), but even with that setup the system still freezes as long as Fizeau is active while docked.

Feature request/suggestion
Since this issue only affects docked mode for me, a possible solution would be to add options to control where color correction is applied, for example, an option to enable/disable by mode in the settings or in the .ovl (Overlay) user interface.

“Enable color correction in handheld mode” (on)

“Enable color correction in docked mode” (off)

It looks like the docked mode would really need some way for Fizeau to fully disable itself automatically when the console is docked (or at least an option to do so), while staying enabled in handheld mode only.

I hope this report is helpful, and I would be very happy to see these improvements added if possible.
