Profile through overlay

Hi, not really an issue, but was wondering if its possible to swap profiles through overlay? I have 4 profiles set and like to swap between them without needing to go into the application.

@BrownTigerz Hey! I also wanted this feature, so I threw together something to get it working. Its up on my fork but I'm not making a PR here since its a bit messy at the moment. It's also a bit buggy but maybe its already a good starting point for you to tinker with.

@20akshay00 tested out, works as intenteded. is it possible to update to latest libnx and libultrahand?

@BrownTigerz thanks for trying it out! I put out another release using the latest libnx. As far as I can tell, this project builds on libtesla and not libultrahand, and the change is not trivial. For the .ovl file, I used the same libtesla version as Fizeau does.

In any case, you can also easily compile it yourself with any library versions since there is a nice makefile in /overlay/ and it sources the dependencies from wherever you install devkitPro.
