Switch OLED freezes when undocking while a button is pressed

A bit of an odd one, but here's the steps to reproduce:

1. Dock your Switch at the lockscreen
2. Press and hold down the L or R button (maybe others work too, untested)
3. Undock your Switch while you still hold the button
4. When you see your lockscreen on the Switch, release the button
5. Observe extremely slow UI navigation, making even unlocking impossible

I would say this reproduces every 2nd time. I checked Status Monitor and noticed core3 was stuck at 99.99% usage when this triggers, so I suspect it might be related. I've experienced this on FW 20.3.0/AMS 1.9.3 as well as FW 20.4.0/AMS 1.9.4.

Can't reproduce on my system, please make sure this is caused by Fizeau and not another mod.

The background service doesn't deal with input at all so I'm not sure why this would have any effect.

I just removed every mod from my Switch (atmosphere/contents and exefs_patches is empty), and this still reproduces almost every time.

I have a different color temperature for handheld and docked (profile 1 and 2 respectively). Here is my config: config.ini.txt. When testing, temperature_night is active as it's evening. I am on a Switch OLED, I don't know if this makes a difference.

Sorry but I'm just unable to reproduce this issue, even with your config. Can you try with a fresh install of atmosphere? This means reformatting your SD card to make sure the filesystem is completely reset.

I happen to have a second Switch OLED and empty SD card available to me. Issue reproduces there as well. Exact steps:

• Formatted SD card as FAT32 and installed hekate v6.3.1 + atmosphere 1.9.4 + Fizeau v2.8.1 all from GitHub
• Dropped my config in /config/Fizeau/config.ini
• Made a new EMUMMC and booted with following hekate_ipl.ini:

• Repeat repro steps from first issue

And to rule out the dock being weird somehow (official dock), I also tried a portable hub with HDMI that I had around - same issue.

Sadly I don't have a non-OLED to test... I can try and ask around if someone with Erista can try to reproduce.

By the way, I was also able to reproduce even with stock Fizeau config. It only stops if I set "Enable corrections" to OFF. Just a last sanity check - is your screen ON when you try to reproduce? For example, lock screen or home scren is ON and visible before you hold key and undock. If the Switch is sleeping when you perform the steps, this doesn't trigger.

Okay, on my side I'm testing on an Erista so this may be why I'm unable to reproduce. I do have an OLED but it's not modded.

Yes, that's what I've been trying. Does it ever happen when you don't hold any key?

No, this never happens if you don't hold a key. Ironically, I only started experiencing this after re-ordering my desk and moving the dock in a place where it's hard to reach, so I end up grabbing the L button shoulder for support when undocking.

One more thing I noticed on both OLEDs is that undocking takes 1s to show internal display in stock, while 2s with Fizeau enabled. When the issue triggers, this delay becomes more like 4s. I don't know if this is normal and if it helps.
