Localization #3
Description
It wiuld be great to make a localization for the USER part of the bot.
- Locale should be selected at the time of raid creation.
- Locale should persist in the Creator's profile (the next raid created by the same user should be the same language)
- All users, viewing the language may (or may not, what is simpler) see only the locale, set during creation.
As far as I see, only text on buttons Arrived/Won't Come/Done should be localized
