Run interactive commands

It would be nice to be able to run interactive scripts, so that the user can, for example, add another password or second factor while the script runs. I haven't found a way to do this with the current version of the plugin, but it might be a feature request :)

It`s a cool idea for a feature, But i think it's not one I am planning to implement.
I don't really see the use case:

• if you want extra authentication. you could write a dedicated authentication plugin for it.
  or point a authentication provider like openid connect to existing IdP that can handle more complex authentication mechanisms.

• if you want other kinds of interactivity. you might be able to get there. by using guacamole ability to connect to ssh.
  and. and make it start a script instead of standard shell.

Also, you have to watch out to implement it securely.
You don't want people accidentally getting shell access to the guacamole server by mistake.
Or being able to see the Environment variables.

But if you think this still the right solution for you. I think it's not that hard to implement.
I can gives you some advice, how it could be implemented. If you are willing to write it yourself.
