Create a list of XAseco features not working due to dynmaps

Dynmaps fools the server into thinking the track list is only a few tracks big. This becomes a problem as soon as xaseco or plug-ins use the GetChallengeList dedi server commands (or related). Also, commands that add tracks to the track list won't work anymore, as they need to get added to the Dynmaps folder instead and added to the cache.

Goal of this issue is to first make a list of what exactly is not working so we can then decide on what to fix.

/admin command lacks a bunch of things that work:

• /admin add: won't add tracks into the dynmaps folder
• /admin remove: won't remove track from the tracklist as it ain't in the tracklist
• /admin erase: same as remove.
  edit (20.10.2020), those three commands have been fixed with fixing several /admin commands #12.

edit (05.12.2019): records eyepiece does some weird things regarding the challenge list at times, /elist and the maps widget don't work. going to be fixed with #11 fixed with #11.
