Unnecessary Code

We have a crap load of code that isn't competition code. Can we remove everything that isn't dashboard or Panda code?

Yeah, I think that's totally reasonable. We have copies of that code elsewhere also in case we ever need it. I'm in support of taking down all the other stuff.
