Question: Which Source engine versions does Conplex & Webcon support?

I'm trying to use these on a Source 2006 mod (Neotokyo), I believe I found the right signatures to the best of my knowledge, but rcon doesn't work at all and can't connect via browser to the rcon port either. Are they perhaps just not compatible with Source 2006? Edit: The signatures were verified by a cool person. I suppose something was different in the 2006 engine causing the issue.
