Please add minimap icons for items that drop on the floor. #58
Description
It would be really useful if there was a minimap icon for items that drop on the floor (items like Crowbar, Ukulele etc).
This would greatly help when playing with Artifact of Sacrifice, since it removes chests but makes monsters drop items - which can easily be lost or hidden around the various terrain in the chaos of battle.
Also it would be a good safety net just to make sure no items were forgotten even when playing regular games (without artifact of sacrifice).
