LNBits: Add LNBits PaymentServer Interface to Quickening

According the refactored version a LNBits Interface shall be implemented.

• Init Quickening <-> LNBits Connection
• Create and display Invoice
• Check and display Invoice Status
• Create LNURL for withdrawls
