Consumes 100% of a CPU, memory usage continually increases

Thanks for Karma Blocker, which I reviewed in Nov.

However, I've had occasional problems with FF using 100% CPU. I eventually tracked it down to Karma Blocker (0.6.1), which also rapidly increases memory consumption repeatably after opening the page http://www.trustedreviews.com/best-phablets-2015_round-up.

Occurs on 32-bit and 64-bit versions of FF 48.0. Sync is disabled. Few minor changes to ruleset in threshold (set to 24) and Misc whitelist, attached.

I think the problem only started with a recent FF version, likely 47 or 48.
