Android devices on fresh install does not fire app in foreground message v6.0.0

When doing a fresh install on an Android device, the app in foreground notification is never fired and thus all apptentive events gets queued up until you manually put app in background and bring it back to foreground. This same scenario on IOS devices works perfectly. This same process works fine in v5.8.3 for both ios and android
