Alter picked up hostname before it's used for configuration

Possibly make small preemptive edit to /opt/Oracle/Middleware/EPMSystem11R1/products/Essbase/aps/bin/setHyperionHome.sh before it's [presumably] used to configure the system and give it a temporary Docker hostname that we don't want it to have (alternatively we might just jump into the SQL database and change it before we startup).
