Get SSL working out of the box

It'd be nice if this is working out of the box, even if it's not with a verified host (i.e., web browser shows a warning). If not full SSL support, it'd be nice to have at least somewhat easy support for SSL offloading out of the box, at least for APS and EAS. There seem to be some nuances to this approach too, including that the EAS URL may have to be 'forced' to be correct, as discussed here: http://blog.checkpointllc.com/using-ssl-offloading-with-eas
