Code overproduces modules

@antoniogarrote If you look at the yaml and the json-ld, the modules for the entity groups are overgenerated. In the yaml, every entitygroup has one module generated immediately below the top level as well another module generated within the appropriate subject area.

In the json-ld, there appear to be 4 versions of each entity group, as you can see if you search on, for example, '"@id": "http://mulesoft.com/modeling/instances/uuid/cim/entitygroup/ContactPointEntityGroup"'

In the yaml, at least, if the top level ones are removed, the file parses. Moving on to the datamodels.
