Issue when viewing profile page with CropImage field

I posted this issue on the module's forum page http://processwire.com/talk/topic/643-release-thumbnails/page-13#entry38851

To duplicate the issue:

1. Create new field with type CropImage
2. Assign this field to the "user" template (system template)
3. Go to Modules -> User Profile module config.
4. Check the new field you created so that it will show up in the Profile screen.
5. Click on Profile link - right beside Logout. You should be able to see the Profile screen... for now.
6. Now upload a new thumbnail.
7. Save.
8. Sad face as you see an error message: http://processwire.com/talk/index.php?app=core&module=attach&section=attach&attach_rel_module=post&attach_id=1362

Everything goes to normal if you uncheck the thumbnail field from displaying in the User Profile config module.
