seems like the example configuration written in WAGON-422 deserves at least some publication to show how such advanced configuration is possible

ideally, it should be accompanied with some explanations and links (like https://hc.apache.org/httpcomponents-client-4.5.x/index.html IIUC)

The links should point to HttpClient 4.x and not 3.x.
