[MGPG-146] Flip bestPractice default value to TRUE #279

Tamas Cservenak opened MGPG-146 and commented
The default value for bestPractice is currently false but user can flip it to true using plugin configuration.
Starting in 3.3.0 release, the default value of it will be flipped to true, leaving option for users to flip it to false via configuration.
Last, probably in 3.4.0 the complete set of related parameters (bestPractice and related deprecated ones) are going to be removed.
