metadata folder naming convention

I understand this is not a bug per se, but I wanted to bring attention to what appears to be a change in the naming convention used for metadata folders.

• Some metadata folders use kebab-case: workflow-run-configuration
• Other metadata folders use PascalCase: MailServerConnection

Is this change intentional? If so, what is the recommended naming convention going forward?

Should have been kebab-case, but slipped through the nets.
We might have to take a look at how to align this again without breaking anything.

I'm happy to take the blame for at least a couple of these inconsistencies, but I agree it isn't pretty
