SOLIDCOMMUNITY: note retired/unmaintained apps #556

Describe the Bug
Angie an attendee at Everything Open found some of the apps are not maintained or not currently working. This was noted in particular that the Gurriny CareCoord app wasn't working. Sorry I didnt note the issue. Perhaps these retired apps could be either noted as such or retired.
Expected Behaviour
I expect apps in the show case to be working
Context
Angie was testing the web apps.

Checklist for closing the issue:

make qtest - Apps (particularly linked web apps) on Solidcommunity.au should be working unless noted otherwise.
