MYNOTES: Shared with:n + public or auth users if shared to public or auth users

Description

The MYNOTES list currently shows the number of recipients with access to the note. If a note is also shared with the Public or all authenticated users, this line should reflect that.

Why

So that as a user I can clearly see who can access my note files

Closing Criteria

Checklist for closing the issue:

• No errors from make prep
• All tests pass make qtest
• Note entries in the MY NOTES list should specifiy if a file is accessible to the public or all authenticated users.
